At DQUAL we accept exchanges/returns of items within a maximum period of 15 working days. The item must be in perfect condition as received and accompanied by the respective invoice or a copy thereof, as well as all labels (fabric or paper) and any other elements that were part of the shipment - in accordance with Portuguese law.

We do not accept exchanges/returns of altered, used, washed, odorous, or otherwise damaged items due to misuse. Dqual will not be held responsible for the misuse of our items or for their incorrect washing or care. Therefore, we suggest you consult the dedicated CARE AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS section and also the SIZE GUIDE section so that you can make the most informed purchase possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you!

For online exchanges, the customer sends the item they wish to exchange to our warehouse, and we send the new item. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost, but DQUAL covers the shipping of the new item.

For returns, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, please fill out the form above or contact our Customer Service department to formalize your request and, subject to stock availability, reserve your new item.

After your item arrives at our office and undergoes quality control, we will contact you by email to inform you about the availability of your new item. In cases where there are price differences, we will send you our IBAN for payment, and the new shipment will be made after we receive proof of payment.

Returns

Once the item arrives at our office and successfully passes our quality control, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the order. Refunds have a maximum processing time of 10 business days after we receive the item at our office.

The customer is responsible for all costs directly associated with returning the products. Only the price of the product will be credited.

If any of the products are returned with apparent damage or if the return package is lost, we reserve the right to charge the Customer for the return shipping or not to refund any amount.

Reimbursement

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method; otherwise, we will contact you. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
