At DQUAL we accept exchanges/returns of items within a maximum period of 15 working days. The item must be in perfect condition as it was received and accompanied by the respective invoice or copy thereof, as well as all labels (woven or paper) and any other elements that were part of the shipment - in accordance with the provisions of Portuguese legislation.

Exchanges/returns of altered, used, washed, odour-laden or damaged items due to misuse will not be accepted. Dqual will not be held responsible for the misuse of our items or for incorrect washing or care of them. We therefore suggest that you consult the section dedicated to CARE AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS and also the SIZE GUIDE section so that you can make the most informed purchase possible. For online exchanges, the customer sends the item they wish to exchange to our warehouse and we send the new item. The first shipment is the customer's responsibility, but DQUAL covers the shipping of the new item.

For returns, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, please fill out the form above or contact our Customer Support to formalize your request and guarantee, subject to stock availability, the reservation of your new item.

Once your item has arrived at our office and has undergone quality control, we will contact you by email to inform you about the availability of your new item. In cases where there are differences in value, we will send you our IBAN for settlement and the new shipment will be made after receipt of the proof of purchase.

Returns

Once the item arrives at our office and has successfully passed our quality control, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order. Returns must be processed within a maximum period of 10 working days after the item has been received at our office.

The customer must bear all costs directly associated with the return of the products. Only the price of the product will be credited.

If any of the products are returned with apparent damage or if the return package is lost, we reserve the right to charge the Customer for the respective return or not to refund any amount.

Reimbursement

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method, otherwise we'll contact you. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
