When placing an order, is stock availability guaranteed?
Despite all our verification efforts, sometimes stock shortages are possible. In this case, our Customer Service team will contact you to inform you of the stock shortage and proceed with the corresponding refund.
I chose to pay with a bank slip but I didn't make the payment by the deadline. What should I do?
Your order has been cancelled and the items have been returned to stock. We recommend contacting our Customer Support or placing a new order.
Can I change my delivery address after purchase?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can email our Customer Support requesting an address change. If you have been notified that your order is already being prepared, you should contact the shipping company directly.
Can I change my billing information after purchase?
Once an invoice has been issued, we are unable to change its details.
Could there be delays in the delivery of my order?
