Shipments
The order shipping process begins after your order payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with the assigned tracking number and a link that will allow you to track your order on the carrier's website.
Shipping information may take up to 24 hours, from the time the shipment confirmation is received, to be updated on the carrier's website, and Dqual cannot be held responsible for this.
The delivery time for your shipment may vary depending on the country from which you placed your order.
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days
- Portugal Islands: up to 5 business days
- Spain (Peninsula): 2 to 3 business days
- Europe: 4-10 business days
The shipping cost is added to your order total, and this cost also varies depending on the final destination.
- Mainland Portugal: €4.00 and free shipping on orders over €80.00
- Portugal Islands: €9.00 and free shipping on orders over €100.00
- Spain (Peninsula): €6.00 and free shipping on orders over €90.00
- Europe: €12.50 and free shipping on orders over €120.00
It is important to keep in mind that the prices shown are subject to constant change due to factors such as energy costs, among others. The values above are indicative and the actual price will be displayed during the checkout process of your order.
Customs Duties and Taxes for Shipments OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
If you purchase from a country outside the EU, please note that, if applicable, customs duties, added VAT, and handling fees in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the destination country.
It is also the customer's responsibility to be aware of whether they are in a country belonging to the European Union in order to determine if customs duties will apply. We recommend that you check the local legislation and customs regulations of the country in question to ensure compliance with tax obligations related to the importation of products.
Once the order is registered, it is not possible to change the indicated billing information. The delivery address cannot be changed by Dqual; however, you can change your address by contacting our carrier and requesting the change. This request must be made as soon as possible (within the carrier's delivery timeframe).
