The order shipping process begins after payment for your order has been confirmed.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow you to track your order on the carrier's website.

Shipping information may take up to 24 hours, from receipt of shipping confirmation, to be updated on the carrier's website, without any liability being attributed to Dqual.

Delivery times for your shipment may vary depending on the country from which you placed your order.

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days
  • Portugal Islands: up to 5 working days
  • Spain (Peninsula): 2 to 3 business days
  • Europe: 4-10 business days

The shipping cost is added to your order total and this amount also varies depending on the final destination.

  • Continental Portugal: €4.00 and free shipping on purchases over €80.00
  • Portugal Islands: €9.00 and free shipping on purchases over €100.00
  • Spain (Peninsula): €6.00 and free shipping on purchases over €90.00
  • Europe: €12.50 and free shipping on purchases over €120.00

It's important to keep in mind that the prices shown are subject to constant change due to factors such as energy rates, among others. The above prices are considered indicative, and the actual price will be displayed during the checkout process.

Customs Duties and Taxes for Shipments Outside the European Union

If you are purchasing from a country outside the EU, please note that, if applicable, customs fees, added VAT and handling fees in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the destination country.

It is also the customer's responsibility to be aware of whether they are in a European Union country to determine whether customs duties will apply. We recommend checking local legislation and customs regulations in the country in question to ensure compliance with tax obligations related to the import of products.

Once an order is registered, it is not possible to change the billing information provided. Dqual cannot change the delivery address; however, you can change your address by contacting our shipping company and requesting a change. This request must be made as soon as possible (within the shipping company's delivery timeframes).
